Dublin-born soprano Susie Gibbons graduated with distinction from the Royal College of Music with a Master of Performance as a Sussex Scholar where she studied with Amanda Roocroft. She had a busy start to the 23/24 season as she made her debut with Wexford Festival Opera as Suor Osmina and Le Suore Cercatrici in Suor Angelica. Susie is also a successful vocal coach specialising in vocal health. Susie works with clients across opera, music, comedy, theatre and corporate events. Susie offers vocal habilitation coaching and vocal health coaching to singers and professional voice users. Susie’s coaching will help those who would like to experience more freedom in their voice or who have been struggling with voice loss or fatigue. Based on principles of somatic teaching, performance psychology, bel canto technique and modern voice science practices, Susie aims to assist individuals in gaining control of their instrument and provide a bespoke and full 360 view of vocal coaching and vocal health.
