1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of vocal health coaching & workshops by Susie Gibbons (The Vocal Health Coach), based in Ireland and online via Zoom. By booking and attending vocal coaching sessions, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Susie Gibbons provides vocal health coaching sessions & vocal workshops for educational and developmental purposes only. No guarantee of specific results or outcomes is made, as progress depends on the client’s individual effort, practice, and commitment.

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full in advance of the first scheduled session start date.

  • Sessions will not commence until full payment has been received.

  • A €100 non-refundable deposit is required to book a vocal workshop. Full payment is then due on the day of the workshop.

  • Prices are communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change with notice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a vocal coaching session.

  • Any vocal coaching session cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • At least 7 days notice must be given to reschedule or cancel a Vocal Workshop. Cancellation within this timeframe will incur the full fee. Cancellation within 1 month of a Vocal Workshop will incur 50% fee.

5. Client Responsibility

  • A scheduling email will be send in advance of the month ahead. It is the client’s own responsibility to book their sessions.

  • A package of 3 sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase. A package of 6 sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. Sessions will expire after these timeframes.

  • The client acknowledges that progress depends on their own effort, including practising techniques and applying information provided during sessions.

  • Susie Gibbons is not responsible for a lack of progress where recommended practice or guidance is not followed.

  • The client is responsible for their own vocal health and must disclose any medical or vocal conditions that may affect participation.

6. No Guarantees

While every effort is made to provide high-quality coaching, no guarantees are made regarding vocal improvement, performance outcomes, or career advancement.

7. Termination of Services

Susie Gibbons reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of inappropriate behaviour, non-payment, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any unused prepaid sessions will be handled at the discretion of the business.

8. Liability

  • Vocal coaching is undertaken at the client’s own risk.

  • Susie shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in coaching sessions, except where required by Irish law.

9. Data Protection

Client personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Irish and EU GDPR data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and attending sessions, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions..
